In compliance with the provisions of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 regarding the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and the free movement of such data, as well as in Organic Law 3/2018 of 5 December on Data Protection and Guarantee of Digital Rights, we inform you that at JOPIMA HOTELES S.L. we believe and defend that your privacy is very important and that only you should be able to decide how your information is used.

Therefore, we have adapted to the European data protection regulations and provide you with everything you need to understand it, and we ask that you let us know what we can and cannot do with your data.

At JOPIMA HOTELES S.L. we use your personal data, under our legitimate interest:

  • If you contact us through the website or social media: to respond to your request for information. Your data will be processed in order to manage that contact, address queries, doubts, or comments that you send us through the channels enabled for that purpose on our website.

WHOM WILL WE COMMUNICATE YOUR DATA TO?

At JOPIMA HOTELES S.L. we have a series of legal obligations that we must comply with regarding your data. Among them, we must provide this data when requested by the Tax Agency or there is a requirement. Furthermore, and always with your consent, your data will be transferred to those public or private entities you indicate for the completion of any procedure you request us to manage on your behalf.

We obtain your data when:

  • You send us your CV for possible personnel selection processes.

WHAT ARE YOUR RIGHTS AND HOW CAN YOU EXERCISE THEM?

  • Request the limitation of the processing of your data: In certain circumstances, you will have the right to request us to limit the processing of your data, in which case we inform you that we will only retain the data for which you have requested limitation in processing for the exercise or defence of claims.

  • Object to the processing of your data: In certain circumstances and for reasons related to your particular situation, you will have the right to object to the processing of your data. In that case, we would stop processing them unless we must continue doing so for legitimate imperative reasons or for the exercise or defence of possible claims. Furthermore, you may withdraw your consent for the sending of commercial communications at any time.

HOW LONG WILL WE KEEP YOUR DATA?

  • If you are a customer: It will be retained until the service is completed, and once completed, until you request its deletion.
  • If you have given your consent for the sending of commercial communications: Until you request its deletion or express your intention not to continue receiving them.
  • If you have contacted us through the website or social media: Until the processing is completed or you request the deletion of your data. JOPIMA HOTELES S.L. must also retain certain information based on legal requirements.

JOPIMA HOTELES S.L. complies with the guidelines of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 regarding the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and the free movement of such data (GDPR), as well as Organic Law 3/2015 of 5 December on Data Protection and Guarantee of Digital Rights; and other current regulations at any given time, and ensures the correct use and processing of users' personal data.

To do this, alongside each personal data collection form, in the services that the user may request from recepcion@lagarapa.net, we will inform the user, as provided in Article 15.1 of the GDPR, of the following:

  1. The purposes of the processing
  2. The categories of personal data concerned
  3. The recipients or categories of recipients to whom the personal data have been or will be communicated, in particular recipients in third countries or international organisations
  4. The period for which the personal data will be stored or, if not possible, the criteria used to determine this period
  5. The existence of the right to request from the controller the rectification or deletion of personal data or the restriction of the processing of personal data concerning the data subject, or to object to such processing
  6. The right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority
  7. When the personal data have not been obtained from the data subject, any available information as to their source
  8. The existence of automated decisions, including profiling referred to in Article 22.1 and 4 of the GDPR, and, at least in such cases, significant information about the logic involved, as well as the significance and the expected consequences of such processing for the data subject.

JOPIMA HOTELES S.L. informs that it complies with the Law 34/2002 of 11 July on Services of the Information Society and Electronic Commerce and will request your consent for the processing of your email for commercial purposes at all times.
